A case has been registered against Nilesh Chavan, a resident of Karvenagar area at Warje police station. Nilesh Chavan was accused of threatening a gun when the Kaspete family went to Vaishnavi's son. Currently, two squads of Pimpri Chinchwad police are searching for Nilesh Chavan in this case. Nilesh Chavan had refused to give Vaishnavi's baby with a gun. A crime has also been registered against him at Warje Police Station in Pune, but Chavan is still absconding. Police are investigating further, the process of confiscation of the respective weapons is underway.
