The connection of former Police Commissioner Parambir Singh for the Malegaon bombing has come to the fore. It has been reported that the then ATS officer Mehboob Mujawar has been ordered that Parambir Singh had brought Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat to Mumbai. However, Mujawar was claimed in a case for not compliance with the order, claiming in a special NIA court in the Mumbai Sessions Court. The case is currently being heard in a special NIA court court in the Mumbai Sessions Court.
