Actor Karthik Aaryan's film 'Chandu Champion' released nationwide last month. It is based on the life of Sangli-based hero Muralikant Petkar, who took 9 enemy bullets on his body during the 1965 war while serving in the army. But his journey did not stop here, he stood up again with great courage, participated in the next Paralympics and won India's first gold medal.अभिनेता कार्तिक आर्यन याचा ‘चंदू चॅम्पियन’ हा चित्रपट गेल्या महिन्यात देशभरात प्रदर्शित झाला. तो सांगली येथील शूरवीर मुरलीकांत पेटकर यांच्या जीवनावर आधारित आहे, ज्यांनी सैन्यात असताना 1965च्या युद्धात शत्रूच्या 9 गोळ्या अंगावर झेलल्या होत्या. मात्र त्यांचा प्रवास इथं थांबला नाही, तर ते मोठ्या हिंमतीनं पुन्हा उभे राहिले, त्यांनी पुढं पॅरालम्पिकमध्ये भाग घेऊन भारताला पहिलंवहिलं सुवर्णपदक मिळवून दिलं.
