Ramesh Vitthal Adsul a progressive farmer from Padegaon taluka Phaltan in Satara, has planted ginger crop instead of traditional farming. From this, a record production of 45 tons per acre has been created and a new ideal has been created for the farmers. From this they were able to deduct the expenses and the total net profit from the crop is 11 lakh rupees per acre.
