Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bhavya Bishnoi was elected to the Haryana legislative assembly from the Adampur constituency in a November 2022 by-election and is looking to retain the seat. The 31-year-old is the youngest member of the assembly. He contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from the Hisar seat under the Congress but lost. Bhavya’s father Kuldeep Bishnoi is a two-time former MP and four-time MLA. His mother Renuka Bishno, is also a two-time MLA. He is the grandson of Bhajan Lal Bishnoi, former three-time chief minister of Haryana.
